If you like the thought of looking at a perfectly categorized dashboard, displaying what you did minute by minute...
then I personally think you should try this thing out. You might not use this forever, but it's a great tool to get yourself back on track and gain an extreme level of awareness over where your time is going.
I'd recommend to use this for a month, until you can get a solid structure you're satisfied with and prune out all the meaningless tasks you weren't as aware of at the beginning.

Spectrum color version:
There's technically 3 colors, green, blue and red, but the "better" ones are darker, giving the table a more satisfying feeling. Because the red colored ones are supposed to represent "bad" things (like procrastinating) the ones lower are darker, indicating that those are worse activities. Look at the picture below and you'll see what I mean:
